Please do not call or email and request pricing, I can't stress this enough, there are thousands of items in this house!
1. All Sales are Final and AS IS, sorry no returns.
2 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks.
3. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. All items must be removed the same day. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
4. One White Orchid is not liable for breakage or loss and is not responsible for accidents, liabilities or claims on the estate property.
5. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
6. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
7. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
8. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

6.9 update - WE ARE TAKING 50% OFF EVERYTHING ON SUNDAY 10TH JUNE
This West Kendall home is a treasure hunter’s paradise. We have piles of interesting items to comb through in search of that one thing you can’t live without this weekend. The photos will give you a good idea, however we are still organizing and preparing so be sure to check back again when we have uncovered more goodies and posted them here.
There is a huge selection of toy cars and trucks from brands such as Hess and Matchbox, many still in original packaging. We also have some Harry Potter figurines, again, still boxed.
There are boxes of decorative plates and some sports memorabilia for baseball and horse-racing. You’ll also find vintage games and plenty of electronics including 4 vintage cameras (one is a Polaroid).
Of course we have a selection of furniture that includes a 6-seat dining room table and chairs set, bedroom chests of drawers, 2 office desks, double bed, shelving units, a wooden kitchen corner bench and table, and an absolutely charming wooden kitchen hutch.
Outside are 2 barbecues, lots of potted plants and a couple of garden chairs. There is also a selection of tools in the garage, including a 120V Pole Saw, a Toro Recycler lawn mower, a Black & Decker Workmate 200 work bench, a 7”/9” Milwaukee Polisher, a Skil Jigsaw, a Craftsman Sander and a 3-drawer Craftsman tool storage unit (full of tools!). There is a Fitness Flyer exercise machine too.
And we invite you to have fun uncovering all the artwork, vinyl records, tapes & CDs, collectibles, books and other treasures we have in store for you.
