This is a two day estate sale of household and other items owned by Sports Car racing legend Phil Simms. The sale has been moved off site to accomodate the space required to show / display the many items that are to be sold....household furniture, fine furnishings, accent / decorator and collectible items. The sale is being conducted in the Kissimmee Area on Friday & Saturday, May 17 & 18 , 2013. The sale address is 2430 Smith Street, Kissimmee, Fl. 34744.... in a large Bldg at that address and inside unit Q within that building. Terms and conditions for the sale are as follows: Prices are posted and, although there are a few with minimums, they are considered to be negotiable...reasonable offers will be entertained. All sales are final. Items are sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. No warranties are applicable - either express or implied, or suitability for intended purpose(s). Sales are made on a first come, first served basis. Florida State Sales taxes are collected on each sale unless a valid Fla. Tax Exempt Certificate is provided at the time of purchase. Cash and approved checks (checks with proper identification) will be acceptable forms of payment. All items purchased must be removed the day of purchase...or special arrangements must be made with Jeanette's Estate Sales & Services, LLC if the items are to be removed on some other mutually agreed schedule. This is an estate sale / tag sale moved off site to accommodate the many items being sold for the estate of motor racing legend, Phil Simms.   The sale contains  furniture and household furnishings, automotive tools and lifts as well as other estate items...  

  Phil owned several high performance race cars...he wasn't just an owner or sponsor...he  raced them himself, he took them to major auto shows and showed them...high performance Jaguars, Corvettes, Camaros and other high performance automobiles.  He was active in various racing organizations such as the  Vipers Club.  He performed at many different levels of  racing events  over his career.
