Local Pick Up: IF YOU INTEND TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS REMOVAL IS AS FOLLOWS - Thursday, March, 20th.
Location: Exact address will be posted in your invoice . See Lot 0b for specifics concerning pick up. If you cannot come during scheduled pickup time, you must notify the Auction house before auction ends to make an appointment. Unless prior arrangements are made, any items not picked up will be disposed of after one week.

Shipping Instructions: ATTENTION ALL SHIPPING BUYERS – Villages Pack & Ship will be picking up ALL out of state/area bidders items by Thursday, March 20th. Once all items are picked up by the shipper THEY WILL CONTACT YOU to set up shipping. Villages Pack & Ship is our preferred vendor but is in no way affiliated with Wildwood Auctions. You are free to use any shipping company you prefer. In the case of shipping disputes, please contact us before leaving feedback on Proxibid. Payment Instructions: After the sale, winning bidders will receive a Proxibid invoice. You will need to initiate payment through your Proxibid account via your invoice or by logging into your Proxibid account. Payment should be made prior to pick up of your items unless prior arrangements are made. Out of State buyers will pay invoice before items are shipped.

Inventory List is subject to change. Auctioneer and assistants are seller's agent. All items are sold as-is, where-is. Please feel free to call our office with any questions you have prior to bidding. Once an item is awarded to your bid number you are responsible for purchasing and paying for item. Auctioneer and Assistants do not warrant the condition of any item and do not warrant any missing parts. Bidder is responsible for coordinating all Shipping, Insurance and Handling, with expenses and charges on all items purchased being responsibility of bidder. Bidders may pick up their merchandise at the auction location in lieu of shipping. Buyer is responsible for removal of purchases. Buyer is responsible for safe removal. All items MUST BE REMOVED BY 2pm Thursday, March 20, 2025 unless alternate arrangements are made with compensation as noted in Lot 0b. Any items not picked up on this date, (or shipped within 10 days of the auction), will be donated or re-sold unless prior arrangements have been made. Removal of the item(s) purchased here under shall be at the sole expense, liability and risk of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for providing all labor, material, insurance and equipment (fork lifts, dollies, ladders, tools, etc.) to properly execute removal and Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related thereto.

Winning bidder will be responsible for all costs for storage, removal and disposal of purchased items not picked up or left behind, no exceptions. In the event of an error with an item or catalog, Wildwood Auctions reserves the right to withdraw, pass, or re-catalog items in this auction, or cancel any winning bids. FOR INTERNET BIDDING-A 15% Buyers Premium is in effect for this auction for all Proxibid participants. State sales tax must be collected by State Law; where applicable, you will be required to pay such taxes. All sales that are subject to 7.0% FL state sales tax where applicable, must be paid at time of transaction closing. The decision of the Auctioneer is final and absolute. The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of a dispute.
