All items are sold as is, where is and without warranty. 13% Buyers premium on credit and debit card payments (Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover).3% discount for cash payments. We do not accept checks. All items must be removed the day of the sale, unless other arrangements have been made. Bring help to load large items. Some boxes and packing material will be available the day of the sale, but we strongly encourage you to bring your own. Do your homework!
