The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot. The purchase price shall be the sum of 1) the price at which the item is sold (hammer price), 2) a buyer’s premium equal to 3%, plus 3) sales tax unless the purchaser is exempt by law from such taxes.

Items not picked up at the designated time and place will be considered abandoned and no longer available. There will be no refunds for abandoned items. Do not bid if you will not be available for pickup.

Bidding

You can enter a Max bid and have to program bid for you! The current bid will be the next highest bid.

After you enter your bid you will see Winning if you are the high bidder, you will see Outbid if someone has entered a bid higher than or equal to yours.

If you are outbid after that you will be notified.

We have a very small premium of $1 or 3%, whichever is higher

Pick up info will be at the bottom of your invoice. You must be available for the listed pick up time and day.

You must take everything in the lot you won. Including any thing you think is trash or items you don't want. If you win a huge lot and anticipate not wanting items, we recommend bringing trash bags and boxes to sort donations into.

Failing to follow rules will result in being banned from future sales.
