You must bring your own boxes and packing materials and help for any removing and loading items. Due to limited space and the quantity of items, we must limit the amount of people entering the home at any given time. Numbers will be at the door, first come, first served. We are honored to be offering the Estate of Apollo 14 Moonwalker Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell!

Dr. Mitchell, served in the Navy, was the 6th man to walk on the moon, and authored several books in his lifetime. His library is extensive and fascinating. The sale consists of some very rare and one of a kind personal items belonging to him, including a NASA pilot's jacket and 2 flight suits worn by him during his work on Apollo 14, complete with letter of authentication from Dr. Mitchell's daughter. Also there is an ultra rare Camp David jacket with an Apollo patch, gifted to Dr. Mitchell by President Nixon. A true museum piece! Also for sale are hundreds of rare books, many signed by authors and other astornauts inscribed to Dr. Mitchell! In addition, there are a few rare special limited edition printings of THE WAY OF THE EXPLORER, signed by Dr. Mitchell and with certificates of authenticity. A real opportunity to buy a piece of true American History! Just added to the sale are 3 life masks of Dr. Mitchell done in his later years.... beyond rare! There are hundreds of photos of the Apollo 14 mission that Dr. Mitchell had printed from the originals to be signed for his fans, but remained unsigned. There are some original NASA red serial # press photos!

All contents for sale! Furniture, decor, clothing, etc. Just think, you can own a pair of shoes walked in by the same man that walked on the moon! Featured is a pair of Dehner black combat boots that were worn during Dr. Mitchell's training at NASA! Some other items of interest are:

Hermes anchor clock, Dr. Mitchell's vintage initialed brief case, vintage Acrylic name plaque that sat on his desk, and several yearbooks from high school, Carnegie Mellon and Flight School!
