Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids.

Item Removal: This is a cash-and carry auction. All purchases must be paid for in full and removed by the end of the auction. No exceptions and no layaway available.
Packing & Handling: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own boxes, packing materials, and assistance for fragile or large items.
Failure to Remove Items: Any items not removed by the end of the auction may be forfeited.

Join us for our Monday Night Auction in two weeks!
Doors open early for preview, auction begins at 6:30 PM.
A great mix of furniture, household items, and collectibles.
Stop in, take a look, and join us for the sale.
We encourage you to check our listings on EstateSales.net and our Facebook page for updated information and photos, even on the day of the sale. We will continue adding items up until just a few hours before start time.
