All Sales Final: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
Item Removal: This is a cash-and carry auction. All purchases must be paid for in full and removed by the end of the auction. No exceptions and no layaway available.
Packing & Handling: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own boxes, packing materials, and assistance for fragile or large items.
Failure to Remove Items: Any items not removed by the end of the auction may be forfeited.

Join us for our Monday Night Auction on June 15th at 6:30 PM. Preview will begin in the late afternoon prior to the auction.
We’ll have a great mix of items from several estates, with something for everyone.
