📣 Living Estate Sale Rescheduled! 📣

We are happy to announce that our Living Estate Sale has been re-sceheduled, and we look forward to welcoming everyone! A few important notes before you arrive:

• No early birds, please. The gates will remain locked until the official start time and will not be opened early for any reason.

• The sale will be held rain or shine, as most items will be displayed on our large wraparound front porch and under two covered canopy areas located nearby.

• Complimentary coffee, water, and donuts will be available for our guests while supplies last.

• Children are welcome; however, parents will be responsible for keeping them close and under supervision at all times. (holding hands)

• We accept Cash, Venmo, and Credit Cards.

• Please note that we will not have extra staff available to assist with loading or carrying large items, so plan accordingly.

• Restroom facilities are not available. By entering the property, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

• For everyone’s safety and security, please be aware that the property is monitored by security cameras. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We hope you’ll join us for a wonderful sale filled with unique treasures and special finds!

A Note About Our Sale We are not pickers, dealers, or flea market vendors. Some of the items (but not all) being offered are from our personal collection, carefully gathered over many years of traveling throughout the United States and abroad. Some pieces have been enjoyed in our own home and were chosen for their beauty, craftsmanship, history, and uniqueness.

Items have been researched and priced fairly according to their quality, rarity, and value. Having said that there will be some vintage clothing, vintage wedding dresses and jewelry as well.
