On the weekend of March 7-9, on the 2100 block of West Socrum Loop Road, Lakeland, Florida, we will be managing an estate sale is this wonderful home in the country. The owners of this home, Carl Allen and his wife Jewell, once owned a restaurant in Auburndale, Florida, which was loaded with antiques. They were both well loved and admired residents of Auburndale, and their memories are in this home.

THE HOME IS ON A TWO LANE ROAD WITH A DITCH ON BOTH SIDES AND "NO" PLACE TO PARK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. "PLEASE" PULL ONTO THE PROPERTY "IMMEDIATELY" AND PARK TO THE RIGHT, OR LEFT, AS SOON AS YOU GET THROUGH THE GATE! IF YOU DO NOT TURN AND PARK ON THE PROPERTY, THEN TRAFFIC WILL BUILD UP AND "NOBODY" WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE ROAD! THERE WILL BE A SIGN-UP SHEET NEAR THE CARPORT. PLEASE SIGN IN TO HOLD YOUR SPOT. This is an "estate sale". It is not an auction. Every item will be priced. Prices are 100% on Friday. On Saturday, we are at 30% off when we open at 9:00 a.m. and 50% off at noon. Sunday we are 50% off at 9:00 a.m., then 10% every hour until noon, or 80% off. At 1:00 we are "Make us an offer". At 2:30, we are FREE until we are totally empty!  We have been discounting our sales the same way for over 30 years, and everyone is happy. :]

We do not allow early bird buyers. Look at the pictures. Sorry but we cannot honor request to come out early because "you will be out of town, or you have to work that weekend". We open at 9:00 a.m. on the first day of the sale...not a minute earlier. 99% of our buyers will appreciate that. We also have a sign-up list, and we let EVERYONE come into the home at 9:00 a.m.  Yeah, we are crazy, but we have been doing this for over 30 years, over 600 sales in multiple states, and we are still crazy  :], but you will love how we run or sales...trust me. :]

Our payment terms are Cash, Venmo and Zelle only. No checks and no credit cards. Also, we DO NOT lift furniture, and we do not haul or deliver furniture. Please bring plenty of help and transportation. Our purchases are "As is, where is, nom returns".
