* All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
* All items are sold as is, where is. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
* Cash, Venmo, and Zelle accepted. (Add or remove payment methods as applicable.)
* Prices are firm at the start of the sale. Reasonable offers may be considered later in the sale at the discretion of the seller.
* Buyers are responsible for loading, moving, and transporting purchased items. Please bring adequate help and appropriate vehicles for large furniture.
* Large furniture and appliances must be removed by the agreed-upon pickup time.
* We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property while on the premises.
* Please be respectful of the home and other shoppers. Children must remain with an adult at all times.
* Sold items must be paid for in full before being removed.
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
