There will be a holding area on the driveway. You may bring bags/boxes to place in the holding area BEFORE you begin shopping. Make sure your name is clearly marked on the bag/box. You are responsible for placing items in the holding area. Staff will try to assist with putting items in the holding area.
Prices, measurements and other details will not be given prior to sale day. No previews or pre-sales.
You may bring bags, hampers or large bins to gather your items. All are subject to search upon exit.
No food or drink; no pets. We encourage you to not bring small children.
No public bathroom
Please be mindful of children and yourself - you break it, you pay for it
There may be some boxes/bags/wrapping material on hand, but plan to bring your own

Clearing out an entire household of items. Client was a woodmaker and you'll find several pieces he or other family members made - corner cupboard, Shaker settee, assorted boxes/shelves, bookcases. Look for vintage wood planes (not the flying type), clamps, heavy duty work bench, mystical trading card games, comics, lots of kitchen items, Lenox, Nippon and Noritake dishware, gaming systems - Atari, Dream Cast, Gameboy, Goldstar, several Playstations - king sleep number bed, and much more. Pickup is on August 20th and there will be a picker sale. Closest cross streets are Kathleen and Duff Rd.
