- All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

-Bring your muscles, tools, and help to load your items. We do not have the manpower to help remove items. All heavy items have to be picked up one hour before the end of the sale day.

- First come, first served!! We do not use list or number tickets. The waiting line must monitor itself.

Our next sale we are hosting is in North Lakeland. IT IS A MASSIVE SALE!!!! This maybe a two weekend sale...

YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS!!! THIS IS LAKELAND'S LARGEST ESTATE SALE THIS YEAR!!!

My client’s husband has passed away and she is ready to liquidate the items she cannot take with her. He was a building contractor by trade. He was an avid horse collector as he owned horses. Mermaids are decorated throughout the home as my client loves mermaids. All the items for sale are from the three homes they owned. Please respect the property as my client will still reside in the home after the sale, until it is sold. This is a beautiful ranch style home with a pool on 3 acres. Not pictured yet are the "3" 3 car garages that are packed full of great items.

Exit and Entrance will be through the Garage.
