Cash is preferred to avoid extra costs.
Credit Cards, Venmo, Cash App and PayPal are accepted (but Credot Cards and Paypal will include a 3% fee).
No checks are accepted.

HOUSE IS UNDER 24 HR SURVEILLANCE ON HOME AND ALL BUILDINGS.

Important Rules
Entry and Exit are "One Way" entry will be thru I side door at the front of the home and exit out the other side all other doorways are off limits and we ask that you respect the flow of the sale.

You will be able to access the other building after walking through the main home . Please do not climb over caution raped off areas. This is for your safety, flow of the sale and protection of the family's property and items.
Final Sale: All items are sold "as is, where is." There are no refunds or returns, so check your items carefully before paying.

Hold Areas: We will Have runners picking up items from you as your shop. This property has 3 different building and over 10k sq feet of shopping. We ask that you respect our hold area request to prevent breakage and for your safety as well as prevention of theft of the families items.

Jewelry and certain items will be bagged, marked and carried to the holding areas for you.

Restricted Items: No backpacks, large purses, or strollers are allowed inside the home.

Entry: It is first-come, first-served. There are no sign-up lists, and the sale will open on time.

Breakage: The "you break it, you buy it" policy is in effect

Logistics & Loading
Parking: There is ve marked parking area in the grass filed in front of the home. Please park respectfully and do not speed or tear up the grass. All parking areas will be marked by cones and tape. Do NOT park on driveway u less loading. Please follow marked areas and do not block entry or exit of property or neighbors properties.

Heavy Lifting: You are responsible for moving your own items. Bring your own tools, "muscles," and help.

Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please conduct yourself with respect to the families property, items and environment. Abusive language will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the property. We understand you may not find pricing that you like but abusing staff members is not tolerated. We represent the family and conduct the sale in order to honor our contract with them.

Pick-up Deadline: Heavy items must be picked up at least one hour before the sale ends for the day.
