Payment & Fees
Cash is preferred to avoid extra costs.
Credit Cards, Venmo, Cash App and PayPal are accepted (credit card and Paypal will include a 3% fee).
No checks are accepted.

Important Rules
Final Sale: All items are sold "as is, where is." There are no refunds or returns, so check your items carefully before paying once items are paid for we cannot accept them back for a refund due to buyers remorse, damage in movement, transportation or any other reason.

Restricted Items: No backpacks, large purses, or strollers are allowed inside the home.

Entry: It is first-come, first-served. There are no sign-up lists, and the sale will open on time. Be respectful of everyone at the sale. No cursing or rude behavior toward staff will be tolerated and you will be directed to leave the property promptly and respectfully.

Breakage: The "you break it, you buy it" policy is in effect

Logistics & Loading
Parking: Park on one side of the street only. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants. Parking will be directed by signs with arrows.

Heavy Lifting: You are responsible for moving your own items. Bring your own tools, "muscles," and help.

Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please conduct yourself with respect to the families property, items and environment. Abusive language will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the property.

Pick-up Deadline: Heavy items must be picked up at least one hour before the sale ends for the day.
