Parking: Park on one side of the street only. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.
Heavy Lifting: You are responsible for moving your own items. Bring your own tools, "muscles," and help.
Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please conduct yourself with respect to the families property, items and environment. Abusive language will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the property.
Pick-up Deadline: Heavy items must be picked up at least one hour before the sale ends for the day.
Be sure to regsiter for our updates for new sales.
