This Estate Sale is unique in that we have lost a dear friend to an untimely death from a heart attack. JR Milburn leaves behind a fiance of 7 1/2 years and so the sale will be held in her garage & front porch only. All proceeds will go to Jo Ann to help with her moving expenses in the next few months. JR & Jo Ann were buying some of our Estate Sales towards the end to help the family in need, so their collection will be a little bit more unique than others.
