We do not do pre-sales, and will not release prices prior to the sale.
Sign up sheet: It is put out the afternoon on the day before the sale. First 25 customers are allowed in when doors open.
Additional customers are allowed in as people leave. GATED communities NOTE: AS OF SEPTEMBER call the gate call in line AND sign up
OR - sign up sheet is available day of sale.
We DO NOT allow large purses or bags into the home.
Bring your own muscle and tools. Staff is not allowed to assist in moving or carrying items.
We are NOT responsible for accidents or injury while in/on the premise
We accept checks, cash, credit cards ($50 minimum) NO DEBIT CARDS
