We are Covid 19 compliant. All MUST wear a face mask while on the property. Cash is preferred. We will accept credit cards with an 8% credit card fee. There is no additional processing fee if you use Venmo, Zelle and checks up to $250 with proper ID. You may take your items immediately from the sale or arrange a mutually agreeable date and time for pick up. Please bring your own packing material and help to load the large items. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property. No one will be allowed to enter prior to 9AM. On the first day of the sale there will be no price negotiations and reductions. You may leave an Offer in our Offer Box for an item but it won't be looked at until Sunday. Some items, but not all, over $5 may be reduced up to 50% on Sunday, the second day of the sale. Address will be disclosed 24 hours prior to the sale.

It includes living room, dining room, bedroom, office and den furniture and furnishings. Accessories include oil paintings, prints and other wall decorations; crystal, china sets, silverware sets; bowls and figurines from Italy, and more home decorations. Also available are linens, towels, bedspreads, pillow, blankets and some ladies and men's clothing and accessory items. The light fixtures and appliances are not available for sale. Please bring your own packing material and help to move your items. We will continue to update the website with more photos!!! Check back often! Please note that on Sunday, some of the items may be reduced by up to 50%.
