*Asking for patience and grace since this is a private run estate sale, more importantly, a positive attitude while hunting for your favorite pieces, and I’ll bring the nostalgic joy watching my items be re-homed. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

*You are responsible for moving, lifting, and loading any items purchased. Please bring your own muscle and any tools needed.

*All purchased items must be removed from the home by close of last sale day unless other arrangements are made. Happy to recommend a mover I’m working with if interested.

*Items are sold AS-IS with all sales final, so please take time to inspect carefully.

*Offering boxes, bags, and wrappings on the front porch until they run out to safely package your finds, however bringing your own means to transport is best just in case the stash here becomes limited.

*Homeowner/Seller is NOT liable for any damage and/or injuries to persons and properties in or outside the home. Please be careful on the premises and observant of caution tape.

*No large bags/totes/backpacks/strollers to shop ~ Nothing larger than a fanny pack size.

*Please be aware that security monitoring devices will be in use, and anyone caught shoplifting will be prosecuted. Sad that this needs mentioning.

*There are NO restrooms available to the public, so please plan accordingly.

*Numbers will be outside the house an hour before the sale begins each day to secure your place in line for entrance.

*Acceptable Payments:

*Saturday (8AM - 5PM) ~ 25% off all larger home decor and fine furnishings that either have a description in a plastic sleeve and/or a string tag attached. Everything 25% off at 1PM!

*Sunday (8AM - 5PM) ~ Adding new items to the interior due to the volume in my garage, and finally opening access to the garage for the tools, garden, sports, etc. hunt. Everything offered yesterday 50% off with final hours having deeper price cuts and buy outs considered on certain items.

*Monday (8 AM until everything’s gone) FILL A BOX or BAG DAY!!! If the signs are still up on the roadside, then there’s still time to grab and pile your items high.
