All purchases are made AS IS WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEE, NO REFUNDS or NO EXCHANGES. You are at your own risk while on property & grounds. By The Bay Estate Liquidators and the property owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. We accept cash, debit & all credit cards!! Purchases need to be over $20. to avoid a $2.00 fee. You are responsible for moving and loading furniture and large items. Bring a helper. Sales tax will be collected on all sales. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please give us your 2019 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Copies will be kept for our tax records. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. We have some boxes but packing supplies are limited, so consider bringing your own.

Please note the dates of this sale have been moved up a week to 8 & 9 November.This will be a two day sale. The first day prices will be full from 8:00 - 12:00. From 12:00 - 2:00 prices will be reduced 25%. The second day prices will be reduced 50% on all items. Their is a great mix of vintage furniture, collectables and kitchenware. More pictures and descriptions will follow.
