1. We prefer CASH but accept all Major Credit Cards... there will be a 3% convenience fee charged on all credit and debit purchases. NO CHECKS. We will charge sales tax, please bring your 2024 Tax Resale License for tax exempt purchases.
2. There are no Returns, refunds or exchanges so please check your items- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We reserve the right to Pre-Sell larger items.
3. Please abide by any NO PARKING SIGNS
4. Please BRING HELP and proper tools for carry bigger/heavier items. We will not have anyone available to help move large items.
5. We will provide shopping baskets for your shopping convenience along with bags and wrapping for your items. You are encouraged to bring your own shopping basket (not bags) to the sale.
6. NO PURSES, LARGE BAGS OR BACKPACKS will be allowed. No Exceptions, We can hold in a secure area and give you a ticket of receipt for your purse or bag
7. We nor the homeowner will be responsible for any accidents or injury on the premises where the sale is held. Enter at your own risk.
8. We are full price the first day, please DO NOT ASK for discounts. Prices will be reduced as the days go on.
