1. We prefer CASH but accept all Major Credit Cards... there will be a 3% convenience fee charged on all credit and debit purchases. NO CHECKS. We will charge sales tax, please bring your 2024 Tax Resale License for tax exempt purchases.
2. There are no Returns, refunds or exchanges so please check your items- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We reserve the right to Pre-Sell larger items.
3. Please abide by any NO PARKING SIGNS
4. Please BRING HELP and proper tools for carry bigger/heavier items. We will not have anyone available to help move large items.
5. We will provide shopping baskets for your shopping convenience along with bags and wrapping for your items. You are encouraged to bring your own shopping basket (not bags) to the sale.
6. NO PURSES, LARGE BAGS OR BACKPACKS will be allowed. No Exceptions, We can hold in a secure area and give you a ticket of receipt for your purse or bag
7. We nor the homeowner will be responsible for any accidents or injury on the premises where the sale is held. Enter at your own risk.
8. We are full price the first day, please DO NOT ASK for discounts. Prices will be reduced as the days go on.
This is a beautiful home on Lake Maitland filled with years of family treasures. Deep roots in Florida with grandparents that were both an author & Editor in Miami for the Maimi Evening Record. There are many high end and quality items but a wonderful all-around Estate with something for everyone.

-We will have a sign-up sheet at the door at 8am on each morning of the sale.
-Please respect the neighbors’ yards and mailboxes
-The collectible Florida, signed and antique books etc. will be in the library and will be checked out in the library. We will have a separate sign-up sheet for book buyers.
-We will be accepting bids on items over $100.00 on Thursday and Friday, you must bid at least $10.00 over 40% OFF. Once you are contacted as the winning bidder we will not hold until a credit card payment has been collected.
There are cameras inside the house and monitored.
YOU MUST BRING HELP TO MOVE ANY FURNITURE PURCHASED, PREFERABLY PROFESSIONAL MOVERS FOR MOST ITEMS. OUR EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE ANY FURNITURE OR LARGE ITEMS.
