****Sign-in sheet begins at 8:00am on Friday and doors open at 9:00am; entry will be in numerical order

All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Payment: We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo

Pickup & Removal: Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their own purchases. Our staff is unable to assist with lifting or loading. We work with a trusted third-party mover who offers reasonable rates and can assist upon request. All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.

Liability: Attendees enter the property at their own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.

Children & Pets: Due to the nature of estate sales, children must be supervised at all times. No pets allowed.

Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who disrupts the sale, disrespects staff, or violates these terms.

Security: Surveillance is in use. Large bags and purses are not permitted. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.

Tax: Sales tax is included in the posted price.
