PART I: MASSIVE ESTATE SALE @ waterfront home in the Florida Keys. Everything is for sale at this four bedroom, four bath, two car garage home in Marathon. She loves designer furnishings and accents, he loves fishing, diving, scuba and big and small boats.

Some of the outstanding items for sale include a beautiful mermaid/dolphin fountain, a mountain of boat “bling” and top-quality tools and fishing rods.

This sale is divided over two weekends due to the sheer volume.  Shoppers will have access to the first floor on the first weekend, and the second floor on the second weekend. Photos are sorted accordingly.

FIRST SALE:

West Marine move over. Sale features big fenders, dock post fenders, marine fuel and air filters, thru-hull vent fittings, bilge and bilge accessories, ocean beacon, macerators, 600-ft of new ¾ inch line, Davis weather station, marine radios, deck plates and deck latches, trailer lights, carbon monoxide alarms and much more. Items include 24v and 12v including a 24v new alternator.

Sale features Ryobi, Dewalt, Makita and Milwaukee battery tools from a pole chain saw to miniature blowers. See the Husky 30-gallon air compressor and the heavy duty acetylene torch, gauges and hose. Look for the 2500 psi pressure washer. There are auto jacks, a wheelbarrow and more.

Like to fish? Multiple tackle boxes to complement about 30 rods in good working order for reef fishing up to deepsea fishing. The rod racks are also for sale. Plenty of nets, stainless steel gaffs, spear guns, tickle sticks and lobster gauges to go around.

Sale features scuba tanks, scuba bc vests, wetsuits, fins, mask & snorkel sets. Owner was also a Jet Ski enthusiast and many Yamaha accessories.

Many of the items are still in unopened boxes including solar lights, a vessel fish-shaped sink and rugs. There are new-in-box security cameras, sprinkler systems and more.

The first level indoors features two queen-size beds. Designer furnishings range from a princess oversized circular lounging chair to nautical antique reproductions and artificial potted plants. Look for the matching bar and console, the loveseat sleeper and beautiful tropical art ranging from display worthy ceramic to hand-carved wooden fish and the most delightful (and attractive) tiki lights you’ve ever seen. The stunners, though, are the driftwood base console, marine-life light fixtures (one coral, one jellyfish) and a leather chair and ottoman. Three TVs ranging up to 58”. Lovers of unique table bases will adore the marble manatee coffee table.

This sale features a collection of quality, casual dishware suitable for indoors and outdoors and a margarita machine!! The dishes are geared toward entertaining with color and fun -- look for brands like Tommy Bahama and Lenox and many more.
