REMINDER – This is the last day of the FIRST weekend sale.  The FIRST weekend, July 15-17, will include the contents of the House, Long Guns, Grady White Boat with Mercury Outboard Motor on Trailer, Various Pieces of Landscape / Farm equipment.  NOTE:  The Long Guns will not be brought to the property until the day of the sale – and will be removed at the end of each day                                                                          

The SECOND & THIRD weekends (July 22-24 and 29-31) will include the contents of the HUGE Shop Building – HUNDREDS of Large and Small Tools – Welding Equipment – Pneumatic Tools – Mechanic Tools – High-End Fishing Rods and Reels - TONS of Fishing Lures and Fishing equipment, Reloading Equipment and - Ammo!  NOTE:  The Ammo will not be brought to the property until the day of the sale – and will be removed at the end of each day.  The Ammo will NOT be sold until the second weekend.

•          PURSES or BACKPACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED – they get in the way of other shoppers and can cause accidents.

•          We will have staff on site to assist getting your items to the check-out table AND we will have man-power at this sale to load               your furniture.  We want you to have a wonderful shopping experience 

•          There will be a HOLD AREA for you to place your items while you continue to shop.  We will have boxes and packing materials             onsite.

•          All items are "AS IS" and "AS FOUND" - all sales are final - No returns, refunds, or charge backs. We have done our best to point             out any possible flaws - but please remember to examine all items before bringing to check out.

REMEMBER – All furniture purchases must be picked up by 1:00 p.m. on Saturday – we WILL have helpers to assist you in loading your furniture 

Hours on Thursday are 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday Hours are  9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.                                                              We will be there – rain or shine – and hope you are, too!  DATES: July 15, 16, 17

This Estate Sale is in McDavid / Walnut Hill area – and it is WORTH THE DRIVE! It is just off Highway 97 (just past turn to Steve’s Farm).  It is an easy to find location and the house sits in the middle of 20 acres so there is plenty of parking!  Exact directions will be posted the day before the sale when the address is posted – but it is truly easy to find.  Please do not block the driveway as people will need to use the driveway to load their furniture purchases.
