It is just off Highway 97 (just past turn to Steve’s Farm).  The house sits in the middle of 20 acres so there is plenty of parking!  It is truly easy to find if you use your GPS!  Please do not park in the driveway, park on the left or right of the driveway, as people will need to use the driveway to load their large purchases. • We will have staff on site to assist getting your items to the check-out table AND we will have man-power at this sale to load your furniture.  We want you to have a wonderful shopping experience 😊 

• There will be a HOLD AREA for you to place your items while you continue to shop.  We will have boxes and packing materials onsite. 

• All items are "AS IS" and "AS FOUND" - all sales are final - No returns, refunds, or charge backs. We have done our best to point out any possible flaws - but please remember to examine all items before bringing to check out.

REMEMBER – All furniture or large equipment purchases must be picked up by 1:00 p.m. on Saturday – we WILL have helpers to assist you in loading your furniture 😊
