Please Park Responsibly. Only park on same side of the street as the sale, There must be room for Emergency Vehicles, Police and Garbage Trucks to Pass.
Do Not Park in Neighbor's Driveways or on their Lawns.

Everything that’s left must go. It’s all free 9 to 2 on Saturday.

We will Have an agent on site to let you in. Please conduct yourselves in a proper manner. No Fighting and be respectful of each other.

You may bring blue tape to mark off items Sold with your name. You are responsible for removing them on Saturday. We will not be available any other Day.

Please do not Call or Text us and ask us what is available. Just show up and take what you want.

There is still a lot of Clothes, Books, Dryer, Bookcases, Books, Collectable Plates, Knickknacks, and a whole lot more in this house.

Our agent on site will not be able to move items for you.
