All Sales Are Final – All items are sold AS-IS, with no warranties or guarantees. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, exchanges, or exceptions.
Behavior – Estate Sale Sisters of Brevard and its staff reserve the right to ask anyone causing issues to leave immediately.
Payment – A small processing fee will be added to all non-cash transactions to help cover labor and processing expenses.
Sales Tax – Sales tax is collected on all applicable purchases.
Item Condition – Please remember these items come from someone’s home and will have normal wear and tear. Prices reflect the condition of each item.

Stop by our estate sale in beautiful Viera and enjoy thoughtfully kept pieces and everyday favorites throughout the home and garage — a little bit of everything to look through.
Inside you’ll find handmade jewelry and handcrafted decorative boxes, along with bedroom sets and comfortable home furnishings throughout the home. Please note: the home was dog-lived-in. Upholstered furniture has been vacuumed and wiped down, but couches and chairs are pet-loved and show normal wear consistent with a home that included dogs.
The garage features a variety of tools and equipment, including woodworking machines, large Craftsman toolboxes, a garage refrigerator, and more to explore.
Please note that home appliances — including the kitchen refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer — are not included in this sale.
We’ve taken care to make shopping enjoyable and straightforward. Please be respectful — all items are clearly priced and no price checking or haggling is permitted.
Our team has already completed the work of researching and pricing items so you can shop with ease and confidence. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Payment: Cash and card accepted (card payments subject to a processing fee).
Important sale policies:
• No holding tables
• No small items held for later pickup
• Furniture-type items only may be held and must be picked up by the end of the sale on the final day (purchased and unpicked up items will be placed outside)
• No exceptions or refunds
• By making a purchase, you agree to these terms
Parking is limited. Please do not block the opposite side of the street if cars are parked on one side. Be mindful of neighbors and the HOA.
