Just 2 happy people downsizing

Hello again. This week we have another beautiful home on a cul-de-sac. Once your in the neighborhood take your 2nd left and then your first right. My clients husband was in Vietnam and he was very proud of his service I believe he was working on a helicopter that probably explains all of the model helicopters in this home. Also has unopened models and models of trains. He also was the rental manager for a construction truck company. You'll see what I mean when you enter the home. Allot of the furniture was built by the elders of this family years ago. No bedroom furniture this time but plenty of decorations, wall art, bills, new DVDs, non-perishable foods all unopened lots of canned goods in case of the end of the world that never came. There is a cabinet in the kitchen just for 21 and up. There is a practically new folding table and four chairs with cushions. Lots of Southwest themed furniture and accessories. Patio furniture underneath the lanai it's like brand new. Sorry no records to go through this time. Several Tiffany style lamps. If you like quality furniture and not something you would find at IKEA or Walmart then this is the place for you. As always we'll let some early birds come in on Thursday while we're setting up if he want to avoid the rush on Friday. As usual our hours are 9:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. .
