We have recently started setting up this fabulous Victorian style home estate sale on Lake Santa Fe off SR 26 & totem pole road. And the Lake Home will be for sale, too! 5 BR 6 Baths 5,943 sq feet. See Zillow ad for 23014 NE 69th Ave Melrose, listed by Ryan Hiebsch.

Home is 3 stories plus a basement and includes items in the garage plus the garage next door also owned by the family. This is not a good sale for young children due to lots of stairs and fragiles.
