1730 Sandy Dr .. ON JULY 3rd we will be opening the sale up with out an appointment but with limitations !
Please read the terms and conditions completely we open at 8:30 am and tunning the sale until 12:00 pm
Appointment only MONDAY THRU THURSDAY !!! June 29th thru July 2nd.
We will be conducting an APPOINTMENT ONLY 6/29 thru 7/2 AND a ON-SITE SALE on July 3rd ! ...
Contact me if an Appointment and get to shop for an hour with no one else around !
Mask will be required we are following the CDC guidelines for this sale
Please let me know if you would like to come through and shop for hour and half. We are trying to work with all our buyers and clients through this unforeseen time.
On-site means Open to all since the house is packed filled we will only allow 4 to 6 people inside at a time.
Onsite Estate Sale Only 4 to 6 people at a time. If you are together and don't want to shop separate we already met our sixth person you will have to wait until at least two people have completed shopping in the home.
Estate Sales will be set for Friday and Saturday
Max buyers to shop are 4 at a time
Buyers have 45 minutes to an hour to shop depending on the line of people to come in.
All Buyer shall bring the following
Bags or boxes
Wrapping for fragile item(s)
Their OWN HELPER
All Buyers are suggested to wear a mask . This is for your protection and for ours. We will have hand sanitizer, wipes, Lysol spray and soap & water for you to use.
We will have two lines
CASH ONLY
Credit Card Only
Buyer must follow all signs coming into the house/area and existing the house/area
