Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final with no returns or exchanges. Everything is sold as is.

For everyone’s safety, please be aware of your surroundings and watch your step at all times. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries inside or outside of the property.

Please park respectfully and responsibly. Do not block driveways, park on grass or lawns, or leave vehicles in areas that may obstruct emergency vehicles, mail carriers, garbage trucks, or neighbors. Try to refrain from double parking to allow the garbage trucks to pass through.

No one is allowed in the backyard area. Please do not open the back gate or back door.

Please avoid bringing large bags, purses, backpacks, or similar items onto the property.

If you plan on purchasing large items, please bring your own help and appropriate vehicle for moving and loading, as we are unable to assist with moving or loading large items. Bring your own boxes and packing paper and leave it in your vehicle.

There are a lot of breakable items in the house so please be careful and ask for help to reach items higher up.
