2. Shopping: We will have baskets available for you to shop with, you may also bring your own empty bag or basket if you prefer, we do reserve the right to inspect all bags leaving the property.
3. Piles: You can make a “pile” and there are baskets available for you, please put a sticky note with your name on your basket if you leave it at the checkout. If you put an item in your pile or shopping bag you WILL BE held responsible for purchasing it. Hoarding items and changing your mind at checkout is not fair to the Estate or other shoppers and will not be tolerated. Be prepared to purchase all items in your “pile” or shopping bag. Checkout is not the time to make decisions.
4. TAPE: We have spent hours folding & taping fabric and linens in order for you to be able to effectively view and shop. Please DO NOT untape any item that is taped. If the tape has been removed you will not be able to purchase the item.
5. Payment: Per our contract with the Estate, this sale is CASH ONLY. We WILL NOT accept checks, credit cards, etc. CASH ONLY. We will not hold items for later payment.
6. Wrapping & Packaging: If you plan on purchasing quite a few breakable items, please bring your own paper or wrapping supplies. Because so much of the contents are breakable, we will not be able to wrap your purchases at the checkout table. There will be some paper and bags available, but you are encouraged to bring your own.
7. Facilities: There are no bathroom facilities available for public use, we empathize but cannot accommodate.
8. The home is not handicap accessible.
9. Sale start and end times are subject to change.

It has been our experience that the best way to accomplish these things, is to price items in a fair and reasonable way from the beginning. Not to over price items and then have a 50% off sale the last day. At our sales, you will find fairly priced items, and be able to purchase items that you want from the very beginning of the sale, without having to wait until the end for it to be a fair price.
