Before you call for an appointment please read the following terms carefully:
1. Pricing will not be given prior to the sale over the phone or via text;
2. Inspect items before purchasing as all sales are final. Items are sold as-is;
3. We want you to enjoy your visit while acquiring your new treasures but we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries, so please use caution while on the premises;
4. You are responsible for any damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it;
5. No food, drink or smoking are permitted on the premises;
6. No large purses or backpacks are permitted on the premises;
7. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Zelle. For all credit card purchases a 3% processing fee will be charged;
8. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone and will refuse entry to individuals with large purses or bags;
9. We reserve the right to search at exits;
10. We advise to bring your own boxes and packing paper so that your purchases make it home safely. We ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale;
11. We do not provide movers, nor do we assist at moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale by the buyer;
12. Valet parking is available. Please do not park in non-designated parking areas. Once you have an appointment, we will provide you with more detailed instructions for your visit;
13. Please note that the location is under recorded surveillance;
