By registering for and participating in this auction, bidders agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. All Sales Final
All property is sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS." All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. Bidders are encouraged to review all photographs, descriptions, and condition information prior to bidding.
2. Condition and Authenticity
Pan American Art Projects endeavors to accurately describe all lots offered for sale. Statements regarding authorship, attribution, provenance, dimensions, medium, and condition represent our opinion and are not warranties or guarantees. Prospective bidders are encouraged to request additional information prior to bidding.
3. Payment
Payment is due within seven (7) calendar days of the auction's conclusion. Purchased lots will not be released or shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.
Accepted forms of payment include wire transfer, Zelle, check, and credit card. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. Purchasers are responsible for all bank fees, wire transfer fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, and other transaction-related charges.
All transactions are conducted and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD).
4. Shipping and Pickup
Buyers are responsible for all packing, shipping, handling, insurance, and transportation costs.
Pan American Art Projects is pleased to assist buyers in coordinating shipment through LiveShipping. Following the sale, eligible lots may be transferred to LiveShipping, which will contact buyers directly regarding packing, shipping options, insurance, and related charges.
Certain lots may require specialized packing or custom crating, resulting in additional costs.
Buyers may alternatively arrange pickup of purchased property from Pan American Art Projects by appointment.
Pan American Art Projects acts solely as a courtesy in facilitating shipping arrangements and assumes no responsibility or liability for loss, damage, delay, or any other occurrence once a lot has been released to a third-party carrier, shipper, or agent.
5. Collection of Purchases
Purchased lots must be collected, or shipping arrangements initiated, within thirty (30) days of the auction date unless prior written arrangements have been made. Storage fees may apply to property remaining beyond this period.
6. Copyright
Ownership of a work of art does not transfer copyright. Purchasers may not reproduce, publish, or commercially exploit any artwork without the express written permission of the copyright holder.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pan American Art Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the auction, the purchase of any lot, or the shipment or handling of purchased property.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the auction shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Pan American Art Projects is pleased to announce an art auction of original works on paper. Bidders can view the catalog and place bids starting June 10th on the LiveAuctioneers' website. The auction will culminate in a live auction on the LiveAuctioneers platform on June 20th at 2 p.m. EDT. We will feature over 100 original works on paper from the collection of Robert Borlenghi by renowned artists such as Victor Manuel Garcia, Mariano Rodriguez, Mark Tobey, and Le?n Ferrari, alongside established contemporary artists from Latin America and the Caribbean. Prices will be more favorable than typical gallery retail, making this a good investment opportunity. Prospective bidders can visit our Allapattah space from June 10th to examine the artworks in person.
