2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

One White Orchid is thrilled to bring you this extraordinary estate sale at a fabulous 5,000 square-feet 4 bedroom estate in an exclusive corner of South Miami.

This estate boasts a remarkable assortment of rare and highly sought after antiques, art and collectibles for the serious collector. These include:
- An 18th Century Dutch rococo inlaid breakfront
- An oil on canvas painting by Heinrich Karl Jaeckel (German - 1842 - 1876) depicting the town square in Rothenberg, Germany
- A rectangular German KPM porcelain plaque by Wunsch, depicting Hansel and Gretel lost in the forest
- An oil on canvas painting after Joshua Reynolds, titled “Little Miss Crewe” after the original in the Tate Gallery, London, UK
- A Korean antique apothecary chest (late 19th / early 20th Century)
- A set of French Napoleon III 19th Century wall clocks and barometers in decorative cases with marquetry, bronze and Columbine white metal clay
- A 19th Century continental carved and painted ‘floating’ cherub
- An oil on canvas painting by Henry A. Duessel (American), titled “Gathering Faggots”.
- A set of Napoleon III burlwood and marquetry wheel cut decanters and 16 liqueur goblets.
Other sale features include sheet music signed by the singer Adele along with a certificate of authenticity and an uncommonly impressive artwork collection.
The superbly elegant furniture assortment includes dining table and chairs sets, secretary desks, double beds (as well as a four-poster), bedroom sets and nightstands, a chaise-lounge, love seats, leather bar stools, display cabinets, coffee and side tables, sofas, sectionals, an upholstered bench and more.
Among the plethora of home decor items for sale are porcelains, figurines, fine china, dinnerware and glassware, lamps, rugs, ornaments, statues, mirrors, pots and plants.
