2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

One of the sale highlights is a lithograph by renowned French painter David Dellepiane, promoting the L’Exposition Internationale d’Électricité de Marseille, an exhibition held in Marseille, France, from April to October of 1908, intended to establish international standards for electrical units and terminology. This poster is widely recognized as the event’s most famous legacy and is now a highly sought after collector’s item!
This estate features an extraordinary selection of kitchenware, glassware, fine china and dinnerware, which belonged to a professional gourmet chef.
It also features an extensive men’s fashion assortment including apparel, shoes, luggage and fragrances from designers like Louis Vuitton, Armani, Versace, Ralph Lauren, Fendi, Dior, Bulgari, Gucci, Boss and Calvin Klein.
Another highlight of this estate sale is the huge vinyl record collection, which boasts a plethora of classic albums from the 70s, 80s & 90s.
