We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout. Resellers must present their 2024 tax ID at time of sale.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

Truly a one of a kind estate sale, the contents of this incredible 5 bedroom 4,000 square-feet estate in Coral Gables’ historic Chinese Village include pottery pieces from local artist David Schofield as well as hundreds of antique porcelain and ceramic pieces. This sale contains lots of other gems too!

**IMPORTANT NOTE - many of the sale items have various condition issues, for example cracks and repairs. Items are priced according to condition, age and quality. All items are SOLD AS IS. Sorry, NO REFUNDS.**

Artist biography:

David Schofield (1958-2023)

David Schofield was a resident of Coral Gables’ famous Chinese Village who specialized in large scale pen and ink drawings on snowflake parchment paper. He was also an avid enthusiast of rescuing, reconstructing and repurposing ceramics, porcelain and antiques to breathe new life in to these beautiful works. This estate sale features about a dozen of David’s original pieces and presents a rare opportunity for collectors to acquire a unique and creative work of art from a much celebrated local resident and artist.
