Coral Terrace Neighborhood Estate Sale

This is a set of guidelines for buyers:
Cash or Zelle only.

1) No "pre-sales" or price information given before the sale unless otherwise stated in the listing.

2) Buyers should not block neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. No large purses or bags or boxes allowed. If you plan to buy a lot of breakables, please bring your own boxes and packing supplies.
3) Buyers are responsible for bringing help to load heavy items and must remove purchased items from the property before closing on the last day of the sale.
4) No outside sold stickers allowed. No hoarding items to review later. Buyers who decide not to purchase an item should place it back where they found it.
5) All items are sold "AS IS" and buyers are responsible for examining them before purchase.
6) Doors open at the published time.
7) Damaged items will be the buyer's responsibility.
8) No food or drinks or pets are not allowed inside the home.
9) All children must remain with their parents at all times.

By entering the premises, you acknowledge and accept that Soflo Estate Sales and the property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur. Entry constitutes a waiver of all liability.
