Our regular terms:
1. All Sales are Final and AS IS, sorry absolutely no returns under any circumstances
2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

Prepare to be impressed by what awaits inside this imposing 4500 square-feet lakeside estate with its own private beach, located in one of Miami’s most exclusive neighborhoods. This estate sale is all about style and elegance and has a few awesome surprises. Sale items are well cared for and in great condition.

Furniture items, from brands like Bernhardt, Maitland-Smith, American Drew and Lexington, include a magnificent 4-piece dining table and chairs set, a charming backgammon tabletop with pair of players’ chairs, a leather sectional sofa, a leather reclining armchair, double beds (including a four-poster), a wardrobe closet, a leather loveseat, display cabinets, multiple sets of bar stools, various tables and chairs in a range of styles, night stands, a credenza and more.
We are selling an array of artwork including oil on canvas pieces, pottery and numbered prints, among them work from Malaysian artist Eng Tay and local artists Gilda Sacasa and Lizette O’Connor. The home decor selection boasts a great selection of pots and plants, multiple high quality rugs and carpets in various sizes, lamps, mirrors, vases and urns, coffee table books and a broad assortment of ornaments and decorative pieces. We have a selection of signed and numbered Faberge eggs.
Outside we are selling a 4-seater round dining table and Sunbrella chairs, a pair of matching sofas with cushions, a fabulous live edge wood table, several sets of loungers and matching side tables, garden statues and a great selection of yard decor.
If water sports are your lane, we have boogie boards and life vests, as well as one of our sale feature items, a Flyboard Pro Series water jetboard (if your inner 007 needs to go full Thunderball!).
In the kitchen we have Horchow Italian dinnerware, a kitchen knife set, barware, glassware and dishware. The electronics selection includes a Samsung Blue-ray player, a Yamaha DVD player and AV receiver, Bose speakers and a TV.
