3. No large purses or bags or boxes allowed.
4. If you plan to buy a lot of breakables, please bring your own boxes and packing supplies.
5. Buyers are responsible for bringing help to load heavy items and must remove purchased items from the property before closing on the last day of the sale.
6. No hoarding items to review later. Buyers who decide not to purchase an item should place it back where they found it.
7. All items are sold "AS IS" and buyers are responsible for examining them before purchase.
8. Damaged items will be the buyer's responsibility.
9. No food or drinks or pets are not allowed inside the home.
