We are not art experts, and we are not responsible for the authenticity of any piece.
Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items in advance or request additional photos, details, or clarification before placing a bid.
2. BIDDING IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT
When you place a bid and the hammer falls, you enter into a binding legal agreement with International Art Auction Gallery.
By bidding on-site, online, or through any platform, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
3. ITEMS SOLD ?IN THE STYLE OF??
Many works are sold clearly as ?in the style of?? the named artist.
This means:
The item is not an authenticated original
The item does not include expert certification unless specifically stated
There is no guarantee of authorship or attribution
Misunderstanding this designation does not qualify as a reason for cancellation or refund.
4.CANCELLATION POLICY
Buyers may request cancellation within 24 hours of receiving their invoice.
All requests are evaluated case-by-case at our sole discretion.
A 15% cancellation fee may apply.
No cancellations are accepted after payment is received or after the item has been shipped.
Buyers with repeated cancellations may be restricted from future bidding.
Once payment is completed, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
5. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
A valid credit card must be on file to register and bid.
We accept only bidders who have a credit card registered with the platform.
By registering, you authorize us to use the card for unpaid balances when applicable.
6. INVOICING & PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices are emailed within 24 hours after the auction.
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
All purchases must be paid in full within 3 business days.

8. BUYER?S PREMIUM & TAXES
A buyer?s premium applies as listed on the auction platform.
Florida residents must pay 7% sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is provided.
9. SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping, packing, and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not include shipping charges on invoices.
After payment is received, items are delivered to a third-party shipping company selected by the buyer.
All shipping payments are made directly to the shipping provider.
International Art Auction Gallery is not responsible for:
Shipping delays
Lost or damaged shipments
Shipping costs
10. NON-PAYING BIDDERS
If a buyer fails to pay:
International Art Auction Gallery may, at its sole discretion:
Enforce the sale in civil court,
Cancel the sale and relist the item,
Charge the credit card on file (including buyer?s premium),
Report the bidder to LiveAuctioneers,
Block the bidder from future auctions,
11. RESERVES & HOUSE BIDDING
Some lots may carry a reserve price.
The auctioneer may bid on behalf of the consignor up to the reserve.
Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own items.
12. INSPECTION & CONDITION
No reference to imperfections is guaranteed to be complete.
Absence of condition details does not imply the item is free of defects.
It is the bidder?s responsibility to verify condition before bidding.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
International Art Auction Gallery, its employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for:
Errors or omissions in descriptions
Failure of online bidding platforms
Technical issues
Disputes regarding authenticity
Loss or damage once the item is released to shipping
14. INDEMNIFICATION
