Thank you to all our valued clients and customers for your continued support of One White Orchid. Please see our terms of service below.
Please do not call or email and request pricing, I can't stress this enough, there are thousands of items in this house!
1. All Sales are Final and AS IS, sorry no returns.
2 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks.
3. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. All items must be removed the same day. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
4. One White Orchid is not liable for breakage or loss and is not responsible for accidents, liabilities or claims on the estate property.
5. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
6. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
7. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
8. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

5.24 update - This sale is no longer by appointment only. We are opening this sale up to the public for one day on Saturday 26th May.
Please note - we can not provide price information on individual items prior to the sale.
This sale is another one for tool lovers - we have plenty to choose from in the garage and shed. Among all the treasures for the handy man are a generator, pressure cleaner, a bench grinder and 3 Stanley tool chests, which are virtually new. For the fisherman we have a fishing spear gun as well as several fishing rods.
Inside the house we have workout equipment, 2 sofas with pull out beds, a 55” TV and a master bedroom King size sleigh bed with matching dresser and side table in a gorgeous dark finish. There is also Haitian art, over a 1,000 music CDs, ceramics hand crafted by a local artist and a beautiful round dining table in washed grey finish with 6 chairs.

This sale is in a gated community called Jasmine in the Hammocks. The address will be published on Friday.
**Important** - you must dial 206 from the phone at the gate and I will beep you in. Please make a note of this so you don't have to ask anyone on the gate.
