Estate AUCTION Onsite in Pace

Join us Saturday January 21 at 2:00 pm for an onsite estate auction. This auction has some gorgeous Ethan Allen furniture, primitives, heirloom sterling flatware set, cast iron, too much to list. We will begin the auction by auctioning off the remaining contents of the 3 day estate tag sale in a bulk, table lot fashion. Not all items in the auction are photographed. The preview for this sale will begin at noon.  

There is a 13% Buyers Premium in effect for this auction with a 3% discount for cash or check. You will be charged sales tax unless you bring us a current copy of your tax certificate. All items are sold as is where is. PLease bring the necessary items to secure your purchases such as boxing, wrapping paper, tie offs, etc. We have some supplies on hand but the quantity is limited. Please follow parking signs and be respectful of driveways, right of ways, mailboxes, lawn edges, etc.
