Onsite ESTATE AUCTION 2:00

Join us for yet another exciting on site estate auction. This estate is loaded with beautiful antiques and unusual pieces. There is a little bit of everything including tools, furniture, housewares, etc. We will be adding pictures to the gallery as we process items in. We will be starting the auction at 2:00 pm. with the preview beginning at 1:00 p.m. We have a ton of merchandise to get through so make sure you come ready to haul!

There is a 13% buyers premium in effect for the auction. There is a 3% discount if you use cash or check. We will be accepting cash, check, credit/debit cards. You will be charged sales tax unless we have a current copy of your tax certificate on file. All items are sold as is/where is so be sure that you inspect the items carefully before you bid. All items must be removed by end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. This is an onsite auction so be sure that when parking care is given regarding driveways, right of ways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, etc. PLEASE BRING THE NECESSARY SUPPLIES NEEDED TO SECURE YOUR PURCHASES SUCH AS BOXES, WRAPPING PAPER. ETC. WE HAVE LIMITED SUPPLY ONHAND.
