we are asking that children not attend this sale- even with adult supervision.

it’s advised you were closed shoes, bring gloves and a flashlight for darker areas. This is a RAIN OR SHINE so keep that in mind.

we are not responsible for any accidents on the premises. By attending this sale, you understand the liabilities and are agreeing to not hold the homeowner or business liable.

This sale is called a “pick and pull” because we want you to grab what you want, make a pile and we will negotiate the price.

Those that attend our sales, know that we aren’t out here taking advantage of people and their hard working money. We also take into consideration that if you are digging through all of this, the price would reflect that.
