We accept cash and major credit cards. Personal and company checks are accepted with proper identification. There is a $35.00 fee charged and collected for any checks returned for any reason.
All purchases are made AS IS WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEE, NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. All sales are final. You are at your own risk while on property & grounds. BIG BEND ESTATE SERVICES and the owners assume no liability for loss, injury or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT THIS SALE. All purchases must be removed by Saturday at 2:00 p.m... Please, No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children must be supervised at all times.

UPDATE ...... 01/16/2019 ....... We uploaded over 200 pictures today of the great items in this sale ... to include antiquities, a 2004 Saturn Ion automobile and loads of really special collectibles ....
This family was very much "into" South American/Egyptian/and other cultural art and antiquities ..... some will be sold in this sale as well as many many books on the subjects..... And, did I mention that they were also avid plant lovers. Loads of pots, planting stuff and plants will also be available.

A special quote from the seller ......."I forgot to assist you in identifying the two rubbings in the living room - one is above the fireplace, the other is just to the left of that one. They are both original rubbings from the Angkor Wat, Cambodia site, aka The Forbidden City, & were done prior to the banning of rubbings in 1967. I do not know exactly which temples or walls they came from." Just another reason not to miss this sale.....
