If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2019 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

Transitions Estate Sales & Services is honored to have been asked to liquidate the personal property of Richard & Friedel Bailar.
Twenty Nine years ago the Richard & Friedel Bailar moved from Coral Gables, Fl. to Monticello, Fl. In 1991 he and his German born wife Friedel moved into one of several cottages that he had built on a 5 acre parcel on Main Avenue that became widely known as Bavarian -themed village. complete with an alpine manor house.
The Bailar's have left behind many wonderful items that is sure to please. Whether you are starting a collection or looking for that special gift you are sure to find it at this sale.
Most of the items are from Germany and were in the cottages at the Bavarian Village. You will find Beautiful Antique Walnut Furniture, Lamps, Toby Collection from the 1950's thru 1970's, German Steins, Royal Doulton, Crystal, Bisque figurines, Silver Plate, Sterling, Art and so much more!
We will start adding photos tomorrow evening Thursday April 11th so be sure to check back and make sure to add the dates of the sale to your calendar for you will not want to miss this sale. There will be more photos added on Monday evening so be sure to check back.
