We conduct sales to fit our clients needs. These include onsite estate sales, auctions at our gallery, and negotiated sales. TERMS for the various types of sale are listed below:

The POP-UP Multi-Estate Sales: No early buying, No early preview. All sold as-is, no refunds, no returns. 6% FL sales tax unless valid resale cert. is on file. Payment: Under $50 - Cash. Over $50 - cash, checks, MC, Visa, Amex, Discover (swiped electronically - not keyed in) Estate sales can be crowded and chaotic with loads of great things to buy. Watch where you are going and be careful. Bring help to load. This is a no-frills liquidation with fantastic prices! You'll be buying more than you anticipate, and bagging or wrapping the items yourself. Safety first. There's plenty of parking. Come on in, have fun, be considerate of other shoppers, and get some great deals! Bring help to load large items, or professional delivery is available.

Collector's Delight Auctions: All items are sold as-is, where-is. In-person preview times are available. Buyer's Premium is 18%. Payments: Cash, Check, Credit Cards via PayPal or when presented in person and electronically swiped. We do not accept credit cards by phone, fax, or e-mail. Bring help to load large items, or professional delivery is available. NOTE: 6% Florida Sales tax will be charged unless you bring valid, 2016 resale certificate. Estate Sales in Private Homes: Sales start promptly. No early buying. No early preview. Everything is sold as-is. No returns, No refunds. Payment: Cash, Check, Photo Drivers ID may be required for check. 6% FL sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is on file. Payment is due immediately. Bring help to load. Items must be removed day of sale unless prior arrangements are made. There is NO Buyer's Premium for onsite Estate or Tag Sales. Do not block driveways, and only park on one side of the street. You will be ticketed or towed if emergency vehicles can't get through.

Treasure Hunt Auctions: 10% Buyer's Premium, all sold AS-IS, online and absentee bidding available. Payment due immediately, late after 10 days. Shipping arrangements, shipping, and packing costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Local Pick up available. Bring help.
