There will be several bid items available for Sale. Click on the pictures of the FEATURED ITEMS TO SEE THE RESERVE AMOUNT. Email your bid to earlybirdes@gmail.com. Highest bid over RESERVE by Saturday, 12 noon, November 21st, will be the winner. A bid box will also be on site. Cash or Certified funds only and pickup in exchange for payment other than cash will be by arrangement but no pickup or payment later than 5:00 pm on Monday, Nov 23rd. No bids after 12:00 noon on Saturday!! All bids are considered binding.
We accept Cash, Checks with proper ID
We accept credit cards.
We collect sales tax at our sales. If exempt , a copy of your exempt tax certificate IS REQUIRED for all exempt sales.
Packing and boxes are limited so please bring your own boxes. Also, we will assist you with getting small items to your car. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT ASSIST WITH MOVING HEAVY ITEMS SO YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN HELP.
Please note, we do not sell over the phone or over the internet. If you wish to purchase items from our sale, you must be present at the sale to inspect the item and purchase in person.
Not responsible for accidents- sale homes are very full- move about with caution. There are several tight areas, especially the garage and we reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers in a given area at one time. This is for everyone's safety and protection. No Strollers please and children must stay with an adult at all times!
